In der Besoldungstabelle Besoldung Thüringen ab 01.02.2025 reicht das monatliche Brutto von 2.885,36 € (A 6 Stufe 3) bis 8.690,16 € (A 16 Stufe 12), bei 40 Wochenstunden in Vollzeit.
Die Anpassung für 2026 ist in Thüringen noch nicht beschlossen: Ein Gesetzentwurf sieht rückwirkend zum 1. April 2026 2,8 % mehr, mindestens 100 Euro, vor, liegt aber noch im Haushalts- und Finanzausschuss des Landtags. Bis zur Verkündung gilt die Tabelle vom 1. Februar 2025; eine jährliche Sonderzahlung gibt es nicht, da sie seit 2008 im Grundgehalt enthalten ist.
